About Luis Enrique Ramirez, M.S.T., C.P.A.
Luis is a former IRS Revenue Agent with extensive experience in examinations and collections. Over the course of his IRS career, he handled more than 1,500 tax examinations and collection casesacross South Florida and Northern California. He also served as an IRS Class Instructor, traveling nationwide to teach taxation to newly appointed Revenue Agents.
Luis defended government positions in Administrative Appeals, collaborated with IRS attorneys in Tax Court proceedings and criminal investigations, and helped recover millions of dollars for the U.S. Government through enforcement actions such as levies, liens, and asset seizures.
Today, Luis uses that experience to help clients navigate tax challenges with clarity and confidence—specializing in tax audit defense, tax debt resolution, and advisory services for both individual and business clients.
